"After getting married and having 3 children, my struggle was to lose that last 10-15 lbs.! I tried different diets and intense exercise routines with the usual unsuccessful results. The attempts at getting to a healthy weight became expensive and a drag. As the years passed by, the weight would creep up and barely go down. Miss MUFFIN TOP refused to leave and all my efforts from squats to mountain climbers were hidden by my extra layer of insulation. The idea of getting dressed up or wearing a bathing suit was dreadful. This vicious cycle continued on for 8 years.

While on plan, I learned the proper habits to incorporate into my daily life. Incorporating what I learned taught me how to sustain my weight loss. This was NOT another diet where you lose the weight and in a year you gain it back, plus some. I learned, while doing the system, what to do to keep the weight off. The best part, is that "miss muffin top” is gone, I can actually see my abdominal muscles and I weigh less now than I did in High School. My confidence is back and I feel young again. I no longer talk about having to go on a diet. I did something about it and now I’m living a healthy lifestyle. This program changed so many things for me and that is why I decided to become a coach, to help others to get back something they thought they had lost, to show that there is hope when it comes to living a healthy life for both yourself and your family."
